Dispatchly AI has introduced an initiative known as Dispatchly Rescue, offering a year-long, complimentary access to its AI-driven operating platform for eligible home-service businesses in the United States. This platform integrates various business functions into a single system, providing tools for front-office management, field operations, and customer communications. Key features include an AI receptionist that can handle calls and schedule jobs, alongside capabilities for estimating, photo-based estimates, invoicing, scheduling, business IVR, AI speed-to-lead, marketing, payroll, and creating AI-built websites.
The Rescue program targets U.S. home-service businesses that have been subscribed to Jobber for at least 12 consecutive months. To qualify for the program, businesses must activate Dispatchly through a secure checkout process, cancel their previous subscription within 30 days of activation, and provide documentation of their past subscription and its cancellation. Eligibility is determined upon review of these applications.
Once approved, businesses gain access to the Dispatchly Intro plan at no cost for a full year, commencing from the date of approval. Notably, the program does not automatically transition into a paid subscription once the free period concludes. Instead, businesses need to actively choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
Dispatchly AI’s goal with this program is to assist contractors in streamlining their operations by consolidating scheduling, answering services, AI tools, and customer communications into one efficient platform. The tools are designed to help these businesses handle more calls, secure more job bookings, and maintain clear communication with customers from the initial contact through to job completion.
Dispatchly AI, the company behind this initiative, specializes in providing an AI-native operating platform tailored for home-service businesses. Their comprehensive suite of tools covers various operational needs, including customer communication, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, marketing, and payroll management.
