AgentCX Labs has introduced the Founding Beta of its innovative platform, Agent Builder Studio, which facilitates the creation, branding, and deployment of AI agents without the need for coding. This prompt-based tool is specifically crafted for agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs), enabling them to describe the desired AI agent in simple terms. The platform then generates a suggested configuration that includes a model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users can adjust the setup as necessary before implementing it for their clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs allows agencies and BPOs to integrate the platform with their existing AI infrastructure, offering flexibility by not limiting them to a single AI provider. Users have the option to connect their accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. The platform is compatible with numerous providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, it offers white-label features like custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, enabling agencies to deliver AI services under their own branding.
The inaugural agent developed via Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. Agencies can personalize this agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base, and seamlessly integrate it into a client’s website. This Web Chat Agent is equipped with functionalities such as lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration through webhooks. The Founding Beta is also being expanded to cover other applications, including CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the platform is designed to empower agencies and BPOs to broaden their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding. Currently, Agent Builder Studio is available through an invite-only Founding Beta, with the company welcoming applications from interested agencies and BPOs eager to participate in the program.
